Use of the site
Lake of the Ozarks Boat Gas Prices (lozgas.com) is a free, community-run service. You may browse reported fuel prices without an account. To submit prices, upvote reports, or flag inaccurate data, you must sign in with a Google account.
Accuracy of prices
All prices are crowd-sourced and provided as-is. We make no guarantee that any reported price is current or accurate. Always confirm the price at the pump before fueling.
Your submissions
By submitting a price, you confirm that it reflects an actual price you observed at that dock. Do not submit false, misleading, or malicious data. Submissions that are flagged as inaccurate by enough community members will be hidden automatically.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, including submitting deliberately false prices or attempting to manipulate the data.

This site is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on reported prices or unavailability of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
